Intention to transfer

Hi guys, I just want to clarify this service condition regarding intention to transfer "The intention can be submitted only after passing half period of the work permit"? Half period means six month after work permit issued? Since, i was talking to other employer for the past few weeks now and willing to hire me & provide an offer letter. My work permit validity is Nov 1, 2023 - Nov 1, 2024. I want to find another employer because of my personal reason. If service condition mention above not satisfied. Is notifying my current employer by sending resignation letter will do? Thank you in advance.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve. All that intention request will do is stop your employer from renewing your work permit when it expires. It is NOT a transfer request. That you can find under mobility on lmra website.
