I’ve never been to KSA and have no idea of distances, where places are etc.and am looking for a place close to work (near the newly to be built King Salman International Airport). I am happy to share a flat with a like minded lady  (i am super clean, polite, easy to get along with and a professional).

Looking to move to Riyadh and looking for a cheap 1 bedroom modern flat, fully furnished and rent inclusive of all utilities.  Don’t mind living with the locals although i hear that compounds are better but they are expensive   If you come across anything decent please may you share it.

I’m looking for a one bed fully furnished and modern apartment - needs to be cheap and cheerful and close to amenities (shopping malls and grocery markets).  Accommodation needs to be close to the new international airport that is being constructed. Any tips gratefully received.

Did you find a decent place within the budget? I am still searching around, the maximum i can pay is 65000sar per year for now.

I’ve been living in a hotel room for 3 months now,  my wife and 2 years daughter are waiting for me to find a good place so they can join me here, so i really appreciate if anyone can help with some information noting that i work in al olaya.

Hi - I hope you are well. I found your post really helpful. I am moving to Riyadh from the UK alone and I need to find a flat near to Tawuniya Towers, King Fahd Rd. Now that you have lived there for a while, do you have any recommendations?

I am a bit daunted by the whole thing and finding a property on my own - any recommendations I would be very grateful!

Did you hire a broker to help you find something or is it better to do it on your own?
