Special Needs school in Dammam OR Khobar

Hi,


We are shortly relocating to KSA Dammam.I would like to enquire about the availability of schools for kids having special needs in Khobar or Dammam


I have a son aged 6 years who was diagnosed with mild autism he is undergoing speech and behavior therapy. he is currently studying in Kindergarten in one of the schools in Karachi. he is delayed speech,



I would like to enquire about the availability of Indian or Pakistani schools for children with special needs in Dammam or Khobar


Can someone share information, please it's very important.
