Name has Md at first in both School certificate and birth certificate. Should it be Md or the full form Mohammed in Iqama

Should be the same as written in the passport.

Thanks. MD is written before the name in passport. It is short form of Muhammed. As said name will also be same in Iqama.

But Iqama has the Arabic name below the name in English. Can the Arabic name there be written as (Muhammed ) محمد ? If so then, how ?

Changing the name or other details in Iqama is currently manual, so you have to fill a form and go to jawazat office. If it is for your dependent, then you can go yourself. If it is for you, then sponsor has to do it by himself.
