Can anyone share how much it cost to open an LLC for property purchase? Annual returns cost using local services? Directors and shareholders? Currently it is my wife and me. I read something stating you need a 1 Director and 2 shareholders, and the cost is significant to establish this identity.

It's not overly expensive. You need two shareholders. An SRL can hold property. I will message you.
