Indian and Pakistani couple staying in Saudi Arabia

Dears,

I am from India and work in riyadh , married to Pakistani girl. I am facing issues to get my wife to Saudi Arabia. And looking for some guidance or inputs.

marriage happened in UAE Abudhabi and marriage certificate attested from UAE mofa and saudi consulate (UAE). Also attested from Pakistan consulate UAE.

I tried to raise family visit visa source of arrival as Dubai or Pakistan but getting rejected due to unknown reasons.

any information would be highly appreciated.
