Type 2 diabetic....How to arrange follow on care from UK to KSA?

Hello, i was wondering if anyone could advise?

I wanted to know how to arrange medical follow up with regards to care of diabetes from the UK? I have just been started on medication and been told that i will need bloodwork doing in 3 months following this. Do i need to contact a clinic myself and arrange this? Will i need any medical reports such as a referral from my UK doctor?

I appreciate any advice that you can offer. Many thanks
