I have lent my previous colleague money out of pity last December as she promised to pay it on December 2023 salary. However upon asking for the payment she never texts back anymore or answer phone calls. It's already March 2024, I have sent a lot of messages to her but no chance of any single response. Is there any way I can file a complaint against her? Also I head she's planning to leave Oman and work to another country.
