My eVisa for Traveling to vietnam is approved but by mistake i entered incorrect brith year

Mismatch in Birth Year in Visa

In Visa - 02/07/1992

In Passport - 02/07/1993 (Actual)

Will this cause any issue while entering? Can they reject my entry to Vietnam?

It most certainly could.

I'm assuming you meant "Can they reject my reentry to Vietnam?", as your profile states you are currently living here.

Before offering suggestions would you tell us, please, what your expected (re?)entry date is?

Depending on how soon the intended re-entry date is the services of an agent might be advisable over reapplying solo.
