Would like to understand for how many days does spass IPA get extended to? Is it always one month?

An IPA extension can be requested only by the employer (not the job-seeker). How long it is granted depends on the justification given in the request. Subsequent extensions for the same reason are seldom given, as it only shows that the employer is not properly planning (or is not sure anymore whether they want to employ this person) - in those cases a new S-Pass application is often preferred.
