Loan - Sao Paulo Properties

BarcelonaExpat

I own 2 properties in Sao Paulo worth approximately R$2 million each that are fully paid. There rented for R$17,000 with around R$10,000 next profit per month.

I want to borrow around 100,000 euros/R$550,000 using these 2 apartments are guarantee for the loan for business venture in Europe.

What would be the best banks to approach

In my experience you will not be able to secure bank finance without a permanent visa and a permanent job in Brazil, and certainly not for an investment in another country. Your only option would be to sell one of them, or seek private funds.

None from here.   Maybe, maybe, Safra. But you will need a minimum net worth for them to look into, and a decent amount in deposits with them.

All others, no chance
