Sending money back to US

Does anyone have advise on sending money from DR back to US? I checked the usual apps...Remitly, Wise, MoneyGram, etc but they only allow US to DR and I'd like to send it the other way, DR to US. I know we can do it through our DR bank, but the fees are crazy! I wasn't sure if anyone else has used something besides their DR bank that didn't have such crazy transfer fees.

No. I have connected my banreservas card to it. If I need to send money to USA it pulls my PayPal balance and then it pulls off my card
