Contract renewal,local transfer

I am since 6 yr in a same company, I came from India with there own viza.All ready they inform before local transfer not possible only final exit.This April 1 they sell the company,then they said local transfer possible.My contract will finish April 25, 2024.So I found new job and inform HR today April22.HR said local transfer not possible,you should inform 30 days before,and they said they make as hurroob,no exit also.Can you help me pls.

30 days notice period shall serve in QIWA and you can transfer to new company.
