Hi,

I am moving to Riyadh next month with 3 children and looking for a good affordable compound there. Can anyone suggest a compound not more than SAR150k per annum?

150 for what? one bed room, two bedrooms? Two bedroom should be doable in that. Anything more in a decent compound is not likely in that budget.
