Setting up a UK LTD company while living in the Netherlands

I have been living in the Netherlands for 5 years where I have an eenmanzaak or sole proprietorship business based in the Netherlands. I plan to move back to the UK next year and want to set up a UK LTD business and close the eenmanzaak while I am still here so I can build up my UK business finance history and hopefully buy a house when I come back.

Can anyone recommend how I should be splitting my taxes per country and who I should contact to set this up?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

You may find this website (link) useful.  In regard to taxes, I always recommend you speak to a tax expert; there are many advertising their trade on social media.

I hope this helps.
