I'm looking to know more about Riyadh housing market. I understood most of the expats live in compounds, they offer state of the art facilities and more freedom for their inhabitants. But they are definitely overpriced compared to the rest of Riyadh.
I would like to know few things :
1- Am I understanding well the situation between compound and the rest?
2- What would be the average price for a 2BR apartment in a compound?
3- Is there any place in Riyadh build as compound in terms of facilities? What would be the price for the same kind of apartment there?
4- What is the average price for a furnished 2BR villa outside of a compound, in a good neighborhood with private pool or garden?
5- Would you have any advice?
