I have also accepted an offer with Sulaiman al habib , working as a consultant anaesthetist . I’ll be moving from the UK. I’m also trying to find out about the standard of housing provided by the hospital as per HMG policy . Have you had any luck with getting any information ?

I also got an offer as a consultant in Riadh.

A friend of mine who's spanish but of Arab origin and worked there for 4 years told me that as a rule compounds are exclusively for western doctors of western origin.

He was offerd an apartment, so he decided to pay for a compound villa which cost him around 10 000 sr.

I was offered a job as a doctor at Sulaiman al Habib Hospital Jeddah. For educational assistance for 1 child I am offered 16,000 SAR per year, is this a standard offer? is this negotiable knowing that the schools are between 40k and 80k

I just got an offer for the Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital  Jeddah for a cardiologist position.

For the child education assistance they are offering me 16000 sar per year, I do not know if you have children as well but if this is the case did you get the same amount ?

Hallo Omar,

yes it is the same ammount of 16.000 SAR per year per child. I dont think it is negotiable.

I want to try to negotiate about the working days, instead 6 days 5 days per week. Let's see what happens.
