My surname is not the same

Hallo

Im Clyd and live here now in Belgium for almost 2 years.

Last year i flew back to the Philippines with my husband and got offloaded in NAIA when i go back here in Blegium  because my Philippines Passport and Belgian Identification card are not the same surname.  I used my husband surname in my Philippines Passport and in my Belgian identification card i used my maidens name.

question:

  1. What should i do to fixed this issue i have?
  2. Is it possible that my belgian identification card can be change just to be the same surname in my passport?

hope you can help me

good day to all!

My wife has also different last name in her passports.

In her Filipino passport she has my last name, and in her Belgian passport she has her own last name.

We travel for already 25 years two times a year to Philippines and have had never a problem with that or nobody who asked questions about that also.

The Belgian law required that everybody has his own name in the passport and not the married name.
