From last February 2024 the Immigration Ministry has change regulation for all foreign that are resident in Egypt and own properties, now the Resident Visa it's release only for six months before was possible to get one year but the new regulation it's change to 6 months only, the amount in local currency EGP 1870 equal to us$ 36 or € 39.
Before going to apply for Resident Visa need to change money to the bank and make copy to added to Visa application plus two passport copies.
