I want to exit, what is penalty fee ?

Iam here for cashier work in oman through a supply company but they give me helper loading & unloading job and told me to work this hepler job unless you gain trust to being as cashier now i want to exit . what is the penalty fee iam here since 13 may and my job starts on 15 th of may i do this job till 31st on may but iam not able to this helper job so i decided to not to go fir work

then supervisor of my work company told to not come here and said here you have to do all works including cleaning.also my sponser msg me and told me that you have to be patient for cashier work unless they trust u to make you as a cashier also said that my work superwisor dnt want to work with me after 4-5 days sponser came and bring me back to his camp where i reside with 12 other people also my sponser take my labour card. so now i want to exit this job and return to india
