Cost of Living in Bahrain 2024 for a couple

Hi there,

My wife and I will be relocating to Bahrain soon. I will be the only one working and she will be dependent on me. I would be grateful if you would provide me with a rough breakdown of our monthly expenses to expect ( to live comfortably)? ie

Housing (rent)
Utility Bills
Groceries
Petrol (vehicle)
Entertainment / leisure

Also i would also like to know how hard is it for my wife to find a job (i know she will not be able to work on a dependent visa and will have to transfer on a working visa)? any experience to share?

There are various cost of living threads on the forum. I suggest you browse those first and you may find that most of your questions have already been answered. Regarding your wife, it depends on her field and experience - it can be normal effort or impossible.
