Cruise On Land Project

has Anyone inquired recently about the Cruise on land project in Punta Cana? The Project concept seems pretty cool but I’m a bit skeptical after seeing their updates looks like  progress is slow and estimated delivery date seems to not coincide so trying too see if it’s better too wait it out and not buy pre construction…I see Various prices posted by realtors and agencies with various starting prices for the same type of suite…Are they selling a dream? Or is the a reputable project? 🤔

Welcome to the forums!  I have no knowledge of this project but others may.   If its pre construction you definitely want to be wary.   There are various other threads about pre construction projects  that you may want to review.

It does appear to be moving slow. Building 1 and 2 have a delivery date of September 2025. The contract allows them to finish the project no later than March 2026. If this is not met, you are able to exit with no penalty. The money will be returned from the trust. The entire project is set to be completed by 2030. I am excited about the project and not too concerned about the timeline.

Can anyone recommend a property manager that is willing to service the Cruise On Land project. I have decided to post here because it is outside the service area of those suggested on the property manager thread. It’s located on the Higüey-Verón hwy in La Altagracia province of Punta Cana. It’s 13 miles from Downtown Punta Cana. Thank you.
