    Hi, Our villa will final be completed! We will be initially renting it on AirBnb and looking for recommendations from ya all in terms of an individual or company that can manage it on our behalf. THis is in Sosua.

I've heard good things about Dreams2Realty - (809) 707-9150. We used a different company (who I would not recommend) during the time we had a rental property here. The owner of Dreams2Realty, Toni Green, is a very honest and no-nonsense person. While we haven't used her for any real estate transactions, she has helped us out with some valuation forms we needed for US taxes. And if we ever think about selling our place, she'll be our first call.
