I hope you're doing well! I have a wealth of experience in investment banking, having worked with top-tier banks in London, and I currently hold the position of Vice President. I've been actively applying for roles in Neom and across KSA through LinkedIn and directly with companies, but unfortunately, I haven't received any responses yet.

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to improve my chances or whether there are specific platforms, contacts, or recruitment agencies that specialize in these types of roles within the region. Additionally, any tips on navigating the local job market or adjusting my approach for the region would be very helpful.
