does anyone know a place in bahrain for trick or treating?

or just a halloween party anything halloween related?

For kids? no specific place that is open to public. Different compounds have different activities. For example, in Riffa views, it's a big thing with RVIS teacher's (on a road in RV called teacher's street) setting up their houses for it. Kids all across RV go trick and treating in the evening. I am sure it must be the case in other compounds as well.
