Retiring in Alexandria

Hi - I am US male citizen that got married in 2012 in Italy to Egyptian Italian woman (US citizenship also in 2018). We live in USA now, but I am retiring in 2 months. I want to gain Egyptian residency and retire in Alexandria , Egypt. We travel there frequently.

The question I have is two fold:

1: How do I get my marriage recognized, she has muslim identity on her egyptian residency card, and an egyptian, italian, and american passport? Where do I start the process, I am not muslim. I am not sure I need to do this to apply for residency.

2: How do I start the process to apply for residency in egypt?
