Had an issue about residency card

Good morning everyone, we had a strange experience at our fingerprint appointment. I wanted to check if anyone else has gone through something similar.

We went with all our documents ready, but the police told us we first needed to go to the Delegaciones del Gobierno. Since it’s very difficult to get an appointment, we went to their office just to get some information. They told us to fill out the information form on their website. We did, but when we submitted it, we received an automated message saying, “Procedures related to the residence card are not processed here, please go to the police.” So now, we’re back to the start.

P.S: We already have an investors visa for a year.

@ericandjonathan We also had a consultant firm called NIE Valencia but it didn't work for us. We'll be glad if you can share yours contact details if the procedure went smoothly.
