Hello,

In december I will complete 4 years residing in Flander Region with card A, but during this period I didn't work all the time, (I worked more than 3.6 years).

Am I eligible to apply for unlimited single permit, or I must complete 4 years of working in Belgium?

Someone had the same situation??

Thank you in advance...

Hello,

Thank you for your reply and your time.

I already read this info but still not sure about the process.

I am not citizen of this country that are mentioned here.

I just wanted to know if someone had the same situation and how to proceed in my case..

Hello,

Process is

  1. You will apply for unlimited single permit with requested documents.
  2. Your request will be evaluated by region.
  3. If needed, additional documents will be asked.
  4. If you are eligible for it single permit  will  be issued.
  5. If issued your filll be transferred to ibz for residence permit
  6. If positive decision taken your file will be transferred to your municipality.
  7. You will be invited for your card  type a by municipality

For 3.6years working you can try your chance by applying single permit.

Good luck.
