Clarification on Resignation Process

Post new topic

Sk Saiful

Dear Sir,

I have recently reviewed several articles regarding the resignation process, including from K&S Law.

The article from K&S Law suggests that the term "aggrieved party" may refer to the employee, implying that the employee is required to pay the remaining balance of the contract if they choose to resign prematurely.

However, after reviewing various other articles, I have not encountered similar information elsewhere.

If K&S Law’s interpretation is correct, it appears that the current framework already allows employees to fulfil their contractual obligations without the need for additional legislation.

I would appreciate it if you could provide more details to help clarify this matter.

Thank you!
