Transfer and contract termination

Hey sir my company said that we look for new sponsor before the iqama expires or we go exit and we got the sponsor and they called and they agreed that we will go after the last day of expiration of iqama and we signed the job offers after like remaining two days they said they don’t give transfer and we even have the evidence and we went for new job but for that last month they didn’t give us our salary and now when I checked on qiwa the contract did on out renewal and here they have good offers
