Transfering utility bills when moving to a new location in Portugal

Please tell me how to close all utility bills in Portugal that are currently in the current apartment and then move everything to a new location, thanks)

You should go to a citizens' shop (Loja do cidadão) near you and deal with each utility separately. In the case of telecoms, they will change the service to the new address without the need for a new contract. But in the case of water and electricity/gas, you have to close your current contract and open a new one. You should take with you either the lease or the deed of the new address. Most shopping centres have telecoms shops. In the case of water and electricity supplies, there may be high street shops. You'll have to find out where they are, depending on the council you are living.
