Not getting the salary and transfer to other sponsor

I came here last year in December 2023. To date, I am an experienced civil engineer having 36 years of experience. I do not have a job or a salary from the sponsor. Sponsor informing find the contracts we do the contract. But getting contracts in this competitive market is very tough and his profile is nowhere pre-qualified. There is no previous construction experience and it is a small individual establishment. and he does not want to invest. free of cost he needs money, which is not possible in the construction field. For me shall I know the solution for my future? My iqama is going to expire. Shall I take a transfer without informing the existing sponsor? or else he will put on exit. and further, it is very hard to come back since my age has reached 60 years. and how shall I claim my salary for 12 months?
