Final Exit Visa after termination of Contract

Dear,

I have terminated my employment contract during my the probation period according to Article 53 of the Saudi Labor law.

i have requested to issue final exit visa from my company.unfortunately they are delaying my final exit visa.

They are asking me to stay one more month and go.

I can’t stay more than a week.Also my iqama will expire in 5 days.

what is the solution to get my final exit visa leagally?
