Resignation notice

Hi everyone,

Can I resign even only 15days remaining before end of my contract. Bec.base in  contract should be give them notice period atleast 30days before the end of contract..Example my end of contract wil be on Dec.25 2024 .then I give notice on Dec.15 2024 until Dec.25 or until January 15.

I'm employee here for 3yrs and 2 months..thank you in advance for any advice..
