The advisable is to hire an attorney. Mainly to verify that the property title does not have any inconvenience, that the person selling is authorized to and that are not taxes pending on that property.

The seller has to provide the title, deslinde, Confotur (if applicable), and proof that taxes

have been paid and there are no liens on the property.


the buyers attorney might be checking the liens and taxes.
