I m not able to get your question but I did get that your new employer send you two contract on qiwa and it was cancelled. I can add to that , as an educated professional someone also send me a health care contract and then later on cancelled it, According to your statement, this seems as a common practice in Saudi Arabia. rest would be nice if anyone can add any specific reason why this happen in Saudi Arabia.
