Hello Group, I have a query, My company has not paid our salaries for 5 months, Now i was able to transfer to a new company, My question is how can i get my unpaid salaries to my old company? Thanks

Write them a serious but courteous letter, requesting immediate payment of your 5 months unpaid salaries. Clearly inform that unless you receive a payment within "x" days, a complaint will be filed with the Saudi labor court, leading to legal action against them.

Yes that is what i am thinking, but will it not backfire at me due to I left my previous company without finishing my contract duration?

@Esardea - upon acceptance of transfer request in Qiwa portal, have you served the reglamentary 90 days notice period with your previous company, completing transfer sponsor process in MOI/Absher, prior to joining your new company?

No. I did not served the 90 reglementary period since in my QIWA account was automatic transferred to my new company upon accepting the request for transfer. The violation of my company is 5 months delayed salary and Non renewal of IQAMA for 5 years.
