i had my work permit approval on 10th of January and still waiting. 2 weeks ago it was updated to in treatment in office. although maximum it take just 10 day after this to get your RP, im still waiting. i'm totally disappointed with the immigration office and also the company...

They say if we contact the immigration office , experience shown its going to take even longer!

Does anyone know or someone has received single permit if person's passport is valid only till next 11 months and single permit is applied for 3 years. Does immigration office provide permit in this case. Please share if someone has faced this situation or know any details about it.

I don't think this is going to be a problem. I renewed my passport before my single permit expired. Btw. You still haven't received your residence permit yet? I called the immigration office and they said it takes 2 months. So, I assume you should have already received it.

Today 8 weeks, means 2 months are completed so hopefully it will arrive soon. I am not able to check its status from immigration office because I do not have security number and employer is not replying.

Have you received RP, I know you are waiting for it, Did they tell over phone call specifically that it will take 2 months. What should we do if it takes more than 2 months.

I haven't received yet. I called and asked them about the status of my application. They don't give details. They just said, it takes 2 months and mine should be ready at the end of this month.

My friend got response that currently they are processing applications whose work permit got approved on 11th Feb. And to me they said around 8 weeks.

Hi, can you please share more info if you have? My WP was approved on Feb 27th. Next week they start WP´s that were approved on week of Feb 17th or there is no logic?

My work permit was approved on 26th of February. When I called them, they said the residence permit will be after 28th of April.

Hi, has anyone had a WP approved by the Brussels Region recently?

My employer applied for the renewal on March 14, and so far still waiting (not even “admissible” yet).

Starting to get worried as the expiration of my previous permit is getting closer.

It depends on case to case but in general they say that maximum processing time is 8 weeks.

Interesting. But like, after April 26th can be any day (can take forever ). Did they give any other information? My employer is taking care of everything and I have 0 access to all information, so I don´t even know who to call haha

Does Annex 47 is issued to the person if 90 days (3 months) are passed after getting 'No reply' email? There is rule related to this specific situation. Has it happened with anyone?

The guy in the phone said after 28th of April. No detail was given. If you already have an national id number. You can call and ask yourself. But it will be the same answer.

I did same . I feel your pain. Endless waiting and not possible to work meanwhile... Thats why its always good to spare some money in apart.
