Appointment residence permit

Post new topic

I currently have a residence permit valid until January 31st of this year, and to renew it I sent the application form to Antwerp Migration Loket, I sent this on November 12th (2 and a half months before the expiration date of the current one) and so far I have not been given an appointment for this and I am a little worried about my current residence permit expiring and I have not been given an appointment yet.

I also applied for the bijlage 15, in case I don't have an appointment on time, but I haven't neither heard from them about this.

I have been trying to contact migration loket to ask about what will happen if my residence expires and still they are not working on my file, but it is impossible to contact them.

Maybe can you give me information about what can I do in this situation, if I am not assigned an appointment on time?

Lol its a mistake to renew so late. Same happened to me,  bijlage 15 appointent was given only 3 weeks after RP expires...you need to write directly to immigration office...probably they even did not start to work on it
