Hi folks first time on here.

I have found a sub division property in Olango Island.The deal as the owner wants to sell.The price is 650000 php paid over 23 years at 3200 php a month .Is this common practice or one to avoid.

Welcome to the forum, enjoy.

First thing I would ask is it a legally Titled lot? If so I would suggest to purchase it outright. I have never heard of such an arrangement and sounds shady to me, be very careful if you tread that path.

We looked for years and found many doubtful properties along with their supposed shonky owners and hypothetical deals, purchase titled only.
