I've been living here in Vietnam for some time and I'm married to a Vietnamese woman who double checks my English-to-Vietnamese translations before I send an email inquiry for any purpose to a local clinic or hospital.
I never receive email replies and I suspect it's because I'm a foreigner and they probably have had bad experiences in the past with miscommunication.
Showing up in person is a much more effective method that gives me the best response.
Two things that I think are very important for foreigners seeking any type of medical care in Vietnam to know:
1. Vietnamese health care is not set up to fulfill any normal Western expectations for helpful or warm and fuzzy interactions from afar.
Anybody coming to Vietnam for any health care concern, whether it's a specific medication to be continued while you are here or some particular type of treatment to be accomplished, needs to be prepared to physically go to the clinic or hospital of interest and have an intake history and physical and lab work done by that facility before any specific treatment or prescriptions will ever be given.
This can be especially frustrating for people who have undergone previous diagnostic procedures for a particular medical condition, because Vietnamese doctors are not known for being willing to accept the results of testing and evaluation previously done by physicians outside of Vietnam.
So you can expect the Vietnamese physician to require you to go through some or all of the same procedures and tests that you've already tried with negative results before they are willing to advance you to the specific treatment you seek.
Vietnamese people have to set up an appointment in order to have their specific questions answered, so you will almost certainly be told that you need to come in for an appointment before a hospital/clinic will get involved with responding to your specific inquiries.
2. Because neither you or your spouse are Vietnamese nationals fluent in the Vietnamese language (Tiếng Việt) and because you may not be prepared to experience the lack of comfort you would normally expect to experience in a Western clinic or hospital, you will almost certainly need to look at options available at the more expensive facilities that specifically cater to foreigners.
if I were you I would start with the non-profit Vinmec International Hospital (Nationwide Healthcare System) mostly because it gets higher overall ratings than some other facilities/systems and it has the best website I've seen for foreigners:
https://www.vinmec.com/eng/
I see that you have posted this inquiry in the HCMC forum, but I suggest that you be open to the possibility of receiving your care in a different city.
It's possible that your best option will be available in the greater Hà Nội area (maybe French Hospital) or here in Đà Nẵng.
I truly do have compassion for you and wish you the very best possible results with your search and therapy.
🙏
