To help you with your situation, you need to provide more information about what did you do to your current contract. Did you terminate the current contract before accepting the transfer request, or you accepted first new employer contract then terminate the current contract that triggered the start of the 90 days reglamentary notice period.

IF you have discussed in advance with your Supervisor/Manager and HR about your plan to resign, you have the upper hand to request your company's HR/GRO to reduce the 90 days notice period to zero 0 day, or at least within your last working day.
