How can you give them the marriage contract as the basis for the visa if you don't have it?

To get the Schengen spouse visa, the consulate or VFS wants from you the marriage contract printed on PSA paper and the registration paper of your marriage from Switzerland. You need to be a citizen of Switzerland or another EU citizen to get it.

If you are in a hurry, you can apply for a standard Schengen visa for your partner. (Return ticket, insurance, bank statement, property in the Philippines, ....) In the visa request you can declare that this is your honeymoon.

Even with a spouse visa the time your partner can stay in Switzerland is limited to 90 days. If you want to move with your partner to Switzerland you need a local (non-Schengen) visa from Switzerland. You need to contact the consulate in Manila or the immigration in Switzerland for the requirements.

Thank you for your response.

We got married here in PH, and I already have the PSA marriage certificate. I also submitted the marriage registration documents in the Embassy for the recognition of our marriage in Switzerland since September last year, but unfortunately there is no confirmation yet from the Swiss Civil Registry.
