Exactly. I do not have first hand knowledge of anyone having a claim and what their experience was. However, I apply car insurance claims experience and medical insurance claims experience to those companies. Thus there are some companies I won't recommend.

I need to get homeowners insurance for my condo and I don’t know which company to choose from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have mine through Banreservas insurance. I have never had to file a claim.
