We are in the process of moving to Zanzibar, but we have two younger children. What does healthcare look like if we ever had an emergency? We are all healthy for the most part, but what is emergency medicine like?

Zanzibar does not offer many services in case of health, there are foreign clinics obviously that offer some basic services and also the Aga Khan clinic that also offers services. In short Zanzibar certainly does not offer European standards, you can find something better in Dad Es Salaam.
