I have a tenancy contract for a small room and i live with the owner, the owner has a dog that she cant handle well, it barks all night, owner doesnt clean feces and urine and might leave it for a day or 2, and i cant really sleep well because of the dog and the noises that the landlord makes all night, im a masters degree student and its really affecting my studies, i need to end the contract

Can you give us some of the important terms of the Agreement?

How many months remaining on the Agreement and why can't you just leave and move somewhere else? Did you pay a deposit? Are you paying rent monthly? More information on the Agreement might give us a better idea.
