Finding a job for spouse in Finance/Banking field

Hi there,
I'm currently working for an IT company in Canada and my company gave me an option to relocate to Oslo. My wife (an MBA) has been working here for more than a yr in Finance & Sales. I'm trying to find out how easy it would be to seek a job for my wife. We dont speak Norwegian language at all. Could you guide us any company who can recruit professionals like us ?

Here in Norway, more than 60% of jobs were not advertised.

The best way for new comers to land a job is to apply through FINN.
