Any recommendations on freight shippers?

I live in Seattle and sending a small shipment (mostly boxes) when I move to Cuenca in Feb 2012. I'm worried about getting into a nightmare with an unscrupulous shipper. Does anyone have any recommendations or can tell me who you used? Also, how much did you pay for your shipment and how many cubic feet was it? I know it's difficult to compare based on different locations, but I want to get some ballpark info so I can tell if the shipper is overcharging or if their prices are too good to be true. Thanks for any help you can give and looking forward to meeting new friends.

I requested a quote online. I noticed their estimate form seemed to be for businesses, so I'm not sure if they do personal shipments. I expect to hear from them soon. Thanks for your help!
