" Thank you very much for sharing about your friend but i don't think it's possible again for me to try for UAE as they already put a life time ban on me and when I was going back from UAE, Dubai airport immigration officer personally said to me that i cant come back. Now these days I am closely working with many arab clients from different gcc countries from here India and they also don't know about these laws its really sound crazy. Well it's all done already two years back with me now i don't wanna go back to any Middle East country its better I should try for Developed countries as they are not so strict for these stupid reasons ; lungs scar etc. "

Hi, Em planning to do ma overseas education in uae nd I got ma offer also, but Em a regular smoker is their any problem to get positive result.
Caio Everyone
Before 2012 UAE hardly deported anyone for lung scars as they were not following GAMCA medical. I was declared unfit due lung scar in Mumbai when I was going to Saudi Arabia in 2005. Well I accepted it and after few months I went to Qatar and passed visa medical . When I finised my project I came back and this time I went to Kuwait on mission visa from company but when they were converting my mission visa to residence visa I went through medical and declated medical unfit. . Deported but I am very stubburn I tried again and this time UAE offered me a job , went there declated FIT and completed by project. In 2007 November , I got an offer from Saudi Arabia and I was lucky they sent me a mission visa 3 months ( not required medical) and company kept renewing it until I completed 12 months. Came back again to I went to UAE ( Medical FIT) worked there for 5 years went for Visa medical twice. Never face any problem. But in June 2012 I was about to change my company and new employer asked me to go for pre employment medical test , and they found a scar on my lungs so they asked me to get a fitness certificate from a pulmonologist specialist and I got a fitness certificate after several tests. But I didn't joined that new company for some reason. Finally I left UAE in 2013 Oct as my company was in bad shape.
Recently I went to Saudi Arabia and declared unfit due to same reason and deported so I turned towards Africa ... here I am medically fit and already working.
My question .... you deport people with lung scar ( Active TB or Past TB) but how about your own citizens ? There are alot of Emirati's , Saudi's & Kuwaiti's who are suffering or suffered from TB in past. Are you going to Deport them too... if not then why this discrimination?

Please do not pursue in doing medical exam in the uae. I had scar on my lungs too. I did my first medical in karama but was told to have 2nd exam in sonofor due to lung scar. I even did sputum for three days and unfortunately they won't accept even if you are negative of ptb. Now I'm in the Philippines. I had my eye scan last DEC 25. Therefore it is true that you'll be banned in entering the country again.
Take a long leave from current employer, go there and see if you are unfit they will deport you in few weeks.
My dear friend its not you who will decide what it is , it will be dicided by them (stupid doctor) , so just hope for good.
All the best
If they found a scar on your lungs after taking the xray, they will require to undergo sputum and blood test. Regardless of the results they will send you to a physician for some questioning. Doctors will only ask you if you had TB before or not. If you knew you have scar but it isnt active anymore, i think its best to lie and answer no. Because their medical process is not very accurate and unfair. After taking all the exams, your testimony as to whether you had TB before or not will only be their basis. As per their so called law, they wont allow you to stay in uae if you have history or old TB because they believe that once you have scar (regardless if it came from TB or not) it will be active again and you will be deported as soon as possible.
Try Oman ,
Hi,
I was employed in one of the Shek's offices in Abudhabi for 2 months but after the medical they found out that I wasn't fit to work that I have a scar on my left lung. They told me I have it long time ago, they even had me test Sputum twice and waited 45 days for the result, they were very certain its really a scar. They told our PRO to cancel my employment visa and sent me home 5 days after the cancellation and banned me forever in the UAE. The scar is new to me, I have had undergone annual check up with my previous (3 corporate companies) and never did the hospital here found out about it. When I had my check up at the Lung Center, doctor's not confirming yet if its really a scar, we will find out after 3 months but told me I am positive with PTB and now under treatment.
Doctor told me she will give me medical clearance once I'm cleared. and I spoke with our PRO (Emirates) he promised me he will do the best he can do to help me get back. Our visa is sponsored by one of the Sheks in AD
Is it really possible to enter UAE once i have issued with medical clearance and my company is willing to help me?
Hi,
They will send you home even if its tiny scar or an old scar. That happened to me. My company did their best to make me stay but unfortunately the Immigration still sent me home and banned me forever. I worked for the Shek's office and our PRO even used some of his connections but didn't work.
