Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Saudi Arabia?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Saudi Arabia?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

Hi Christine,

Yes, expats can buy proeperties here in KSA but it's a BAD idea lemme say.

The ownerships are not linked to residential permits. In other words, your employer can ask you to leave anytime and you have no option left other than to sell your precious properties in the price of peanuts (just because you have to leave).

hi, forighners cannot buy property in Saudi Arabia, its not allowed to build own home on ur own name
